Garden Fencing Project This Garden was surrounded by large privet hedges that had been established for many years. Having removed them as part of a major garden remodeling project, the client wished to replace the hedge with closeboard fencing approximately 80m in total. Closeboard was chosen to follow the natural slope of the land without the steps that would occur with fencing panels. |  |  |  |

Timber Cladding Gate This Timber Clad frame and gate was a bespoke build to provide a barrier to keep the dog in the kitchen, The structure allows plenty of light and maintains an open plan feel to the space. |  |  | |
Replacement Panels This project involved the replacement of 5 panels and one post. The existing fence was delapidated and a post had rotted through at ground level. Quality new panels were put in which have transformed the look of this garden. |  |  |  |
Garden Clearance & Fencing 3' Fencing panels fitted over a 3' brickwall. plus additional 6' panels at the ends of the walls. This project also included the demolition and removal of two out buildings to allow room for a future garden office development. |

Shed Refurbishment Refurbishment of an 8' x 6' garden shed, including a new roof and the fitting of two work benches to provide extra storage room and workspace. |  |  |  |
Patio Cleaning Jet washing this patio took about a day, but really brightened up the back of the house. The plastic sheeting over a covered walkway was also cleaned using enviromentally friendly detergents.This vastly improved the light to a garden utility area. |  |  |  |
Temporary Fence This Fence was put up to provide temporary screen across the property. Quality panels were used which will be reused elsewhere on the property in the future. |  |  |  |
Decorating a Cloakroom This cloakroom had a small flood and badly needed deep cleaning and redecoration. Limescale remover proved very effective for renovating the sink. The finishing touch was the new carpet. The project took just over a day including the carpet fitting. |  |  |  |

Closeboard Boundry Fence There was a delapidated chain link fence marking the boundry between these two properties. Closeboarding was chosen so as to utilise the existing concrete posts to secure the fence. Boundry Fence Concrete posts were chosen to support the closeboard on this boundry fence. whilst slightly more expensive the concrete should ensure that this fence will last for many years to come. |  |  |  |
Refelting Shed Roof The felt on this roof had failed in a few areas, it is important to repair the felt before the water damages the timber structure of the shed itself. New high quality felt was applied which should keep this shed going for another 20 years. This is just one example from dozens of new felt roofs undertaken in the last year. |  |  |  |
