Survey & Advice Please note, to avoid any confusion that whilst we are always more than happy to help and estimates are free and no obligation etc, if you would like me to come round and tell you how to do the job yourself, I class this as a survey and advice which as in any other business carries a fee which is £40.00 + Vat. Any advice given will be classed as my opinion only and should be confirmed by any relevant trade body or local planning , building control office etc before being acted upon. Charges Mini Tasks, ie curtain poles, blinds, flat pack, mirrors, pictures etc - £40.00 + Vat 1st hour, £30.00 + Vat per hour or part thereof thereafter. The most popular with customers is our Day rate, £210.00 + Vat, for 7 hours when we can plough through a To-do list, and get those niggly jobs done that have been hanging around for ages. Price work We are happy to give written quotes for gutter clearing, decorating, Fencing, landscaping and most of the usual larger maintenance projects usually carried out in the home. Insurance Quotes We are more than happy to quote for any sort of insurance work, however quotes are not free and a cost of £50.00 + Vat will apply. This will be deducted from the bill if the quote is sucessfull and the work is awarded. Commercial work We currently have a variety of commercial customers and provided general regular office repairs, as well as planned maintenance . We are able to tailor the service to the needs of the individual business's as required |

| Tips To save you time and additional expense, try and pre-purchase any materials which will be required for the job. If fitting Flat pack get the delivery firm to put the boxes in the room where the item is required. If buying materials from B&Q remember that senior citizens get 10% discount on Wednesdays! |
Waste Management CFH are registered with the Enviroment Agency as Registered Waste Carriers (Certificates available for viewing on request.) Please remember that if you require me to dispose of your old fence panels, shed roof felt, doors etc , that it is regarded as commercial waste and therefore carries an additional charge which will be notified to you at the out set of the job. If at all possible I suggest that if you are able and inclined to dispose of household waste at a council recycling centre that you do it yourself as this will save you money. |
